Chairman's March message

A recent highlight was that the Chairman met the Minister for ACC, Hon Judith Collins, who confirmed she wants the Council to operate to the same mandate Minister Nick Smith gave us – that is to use the Motorcycle Safety Levy to fill in the gaps in any of the existing programmes focussed on reducing our injury bill. This is what we’re focussed on, so for us it is business as usual with Minister Collins in place.
The Council met in late March and confirmed progress on all the projects underway and what we have in the pipeline.
